ORDER PROCESS

TIMELINE

Allow at least 2 weeks from start to ship for completion of flat print non-wedding orders.

Allow at least 4 weeks from start to ship for letterpress or foil stamp non-wedding orders.

Your actual order turn around time will vary greatly depending on your response time and the number of revisions requested.

Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days (in addition to the order process).

SAMPLES

Order a sample pack to see samples of Banter & Charm's non-wedding designs in person. Each sample order includes a random selection of 3 designs*, along with envelope sample, paper swatches, and a printed color chart. Samples are $2.50 each, and you'll receive a credit towards a full print order for the cost the samples.

*If there is a specific design or style you would like to see, please contact us before ordering to see if it's available.

Submit your order and details

Non-wedding invitations and announcements can be purchased through Banter & Charm's Etsy shop. Purchase the relevant listing and check out through Etsy. Include your order details in the "notes to seller" when you check out, or email them to sarah@banterandcharm.com

Payment

Payment is due in full at time of ordering, and can be made via credit card or PayPal through Etsy's checkout system.

Quantity

There is a minimum order quantity of 20 for non-wedding stationery. If your desired quantity is not available in a listing, contact me to set up a custom quantity. If you require additional copies of your stationery after your order has been sent to print, you will need to place a new order. Because the cost is high per piece to re-order additional stationery, it's recommended that you order an extra 5-10 cards up front.

3 business days after ordering

FIRST PROOF

It's time to start designing! I will personally prepare a proof of all pieces in your order, personalized with your wording, colors, and customization choices. You'll receive your first proof within 2 business days of submitting your order details and payment. The proof will be sent to you via email in PDF format.

REVIEW AND REQUEST REVISIONS

Carefully review your proof and make sure everything looks just the way you want it to. Check the spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation of all text included in the design. Also check all dates, times, addresses, locations, and names for accuracy.

Keep in mind that colors may look different when printed than they do on your computer monitor- please refer to the color chart included with your sample order to see how the colors will look when printed.

Revised proofs will be available within 1-2 business days of their request.

Two free revision rounds are included in your order. Additional revisions are available at $15 each.

To finalize your designs for printing, Banter & Charms requires approval of each piece in your order. Once you’ve given final approval of your designs, Banter & Charm is not responsible for any typographical or layout errors so make sure to proof your designs carefully. This is also your last chance to change the quantity

Once you submit your approval, your order will be put into production and you will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Printing

Flat printing orders take 3-5 business days for printing. Letterpress and foil stamping orders take 2-3 weeks for printing.

Specialty Finishes

If you added any finishing services to your order (like die cut shapes, envelope printing, or envelope liner assembly), they happen once printing is complete. Finishing services require extra time for completion; please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders with finishing services.

Assembly

All orders ship ready for you to assemble. (With the exception of envelope liner assembly, which is available as an upgrade.)

Any folded stationery is scored and shipped flat to prevent damage during shipping.

Once production is complete, your order is inspected for quality, quantities are double checked, and everything is carefully packaged for shipping. The order will be shipped to the address listed in your Etsy order, so make sure to inform Banter & Charm of any address changes after the order process begins.

Standard Shipping

Flat print non-wedding orders without finishing services ship via FedEx Ground with delivery confirmation (1-5 business days within the United States, depending on your location).

Letterpress non-wedding orders or orders with finishing services ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 business days within the United States).

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International

Sample orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Please inquire prior to ordering for pricing and options.
